Unlike conventional municipal structures, the design philosophy behind the City Hall prioritizes the creation of a vibrant public space rather than the construction of an imposing edifice. Drawing inspiration from iconic civic spaces such as the agora of Assos in Greece and Piazza San Marco in Venice, the project revolves around the concept of a “public void” – a dynamic space that catalyzes social interactions and cultural events. Bridging the Divide
